Party will be held at St. Clements Catholic Church basement located at 911 - 24th Avenue NE Minneapolis</span><br /><span></span><br /><span style=""></span>The variety and energy of our parade entrants makes the Celebrate  Northeast Parade one of the very best in the state!&nbsp;We invite  businesses, neighborhoods, non-profits and elected officials to march  along Central Avenue and celebrate all the Northeast Minneapolis  community has to offer.&nbsp;Entrants are judged by a group of volunteers and  awarded&nbsp;plaques in a variety of &ldquo;Best Of&rdquo; categories for their spirit,  originality and crowd responses.<br /><br />Information and applications are&nbsp;available&nbsp;for download by  clicking <a href="http://www.minneapolischamber.org/nemcc-events/celebrate-northeast-parade/">HERE</a>.
