If you want to be a candidate you must be at least a
Junior in high school by 2009, but no older than
23 years
by 07-15-09.
 

Candidates must live, work or attend school in Northeast Minneapolis or St. Anthony Village.

The program also seeks junior candidate’s
ages 5 - 9 years old by July 1, 2008.
