The mission of the Northeast Minneapolis Scholarship Program, Inc. is to participate and promote the value of community and service within the Northeast Minneapolis and St. Anthony Village Community.  This is done by selecting Goodwill Ambassadors to represent Northeast Minneapolis and St. Anthony Village at Parades and Coronations of our fellow communities.  Additionally, the Ambassadors provide volunteer services to a variety of community organizations in the Northeast Minneapolis and St. Anthony Village area.
